You will need:
Paint Shop Pro, I used version 9
Eye Candy 4
Your own photo of choice, I used a pic of my mum & I
Flowers of choice, I used some from Rainbow Coffi here
Font of choice, I used Having Writ
My supplies here

Open the supplies & your photo in psp
Open a new transparent canvas 600 X 500
Flood fill white
Copy & paste my template as a new layer
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4 - Chrome
Under Settings, choose Gold
On the lighting tab change the tint color to #c3a51f



Use the magic wand to select inside each of the hearts
except the one you will use for photo
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2
Add a new layer below the template layer
Flood fill with #554538, still selected
Eye Candy 4 - Glass, under Settings choose Snow but
change glass color to #967964



Select None
Making sure your on the top/template layer
Copy & paste the heart edge as a new layer
Duplicate five times & arrange around each choc heart
Place one over the empty heart too & select inside it
with the magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 1
Resize your photo then copy & paste it as
a new layer under the heart edge you just selected
Selections - Invert & hit delete on the keyboard
Select None
Merge Down the heart edge and photo
Add drop shadow H & V = 2 Opacity = 50 Blur = 5 Black
Merge visible the other heart edges (without photo one)
Add drop shadow again changing the H & V to 0(zero)
X out the white background layer & Merge Visible
Un X background layer
Make sure your top layer is selected
Preset Shape tool, heart 1 Line width 10
Foreground #5c0808 (or your choice) Background null
Draw out a heart to surround your chocolate box
When happy Convert to Raster
Add the following Inner Bevel



Merge Down
Duplicate Merged layer
On original layer Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 10
Effects - Distortion Effects - Curlicues:



On copied/top layer add drop shadow
H & V = 2 Opacity = 50 Blur = 5 Black
Add text in a handwritten font, in a pale color ( I used #ecebe0)
When happy Convert to Raster
Add same Inner Bevel as used before
Drop Shadow H & V = 1 Opacity = 100 Blur = 5 Black
Add any flowers or embellishments you want
Give them a drop shadow ( 2 2 50 5 black)
Add any © & watermarks
X out your background & crop using the merged opaque option
Un X background &
Export as a png or merge & save as a jpg
