Blueprint Tutorial

What You Need:

Paint Shop Pro, I used version 9
Masks, brushes & font HERE
Tube of Choice, I used one from Pin Up Girl Clothing

Open my masks & your tube of choice
Import the brushs provided (or use your own)
Open a 300 x 250 transparent canvas
Flood fill with black
Add a new layer
Flood fill with #0000c0
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Choose bprintmask with these settings:

Delete Mask layer, click ok to pop up
Merge Group & Merge All(flatten)
Image - Add Border - #0000c0 size=2 symetric
Edit - Copy
Open a new canvas 500 x 500 & paste as a new layer
Back on your other canvas, promote background layer
Effects - Image Effects - Page Curl:

Copy & paste as a new layer on larger canvas
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 35 degrees right
Position to your liking
Give both the following drop shadow:
H & V = 5
Opacity = 75
Blur = 5
Color = black
Flood fill raster 1 with color to suit tube
Effects - Texture Effects - Texture:

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image:
Choose bprintmask2, same settings
Delete Mask layer, click yes & Merge Group
Lower opacity to about 75
Add a drop shadow
H & V = 2
Opacity = 75
Blur = 3
Add a new layer & add some brushes
I changed the blend mode to Overlay
Now you can add screws or tacks (your choice)
If you want to make your own
Add a new layer & grab your paintbrush
Round, size 25
Click once on canvas
Duplicate this layer
Grab your eraser & on the copy, erase a thin line

Apply the Metallic Inner Bevel preset
Then merge down
Duplicate & Mirror/Flip as needed
When happy with position of screws
x out all other layers except screws
& merge visible
Add drop shadow used last
Un x all layers & Merge Visible
Resize 90%, All Layers UNTICKED
Copy & Paste tube as a new layer
Add drop shadow of choice
Now time to add your name
If using font supplied
Vector - Size=48 - Stroke=0
Background = black
Type your name, only capitals work
Convert to raster
Use your selection tool on rectangle
Draw around name like so:
