You will need:
Paint Shop Pro, I used 9
A fat font, I used BE Blob
My supplies
Open supplies in PSP
Export the Patches as a Picture Tube
File - Export - Picture Tube
Open a 600 X 500 canvas
Flood fill white
Type out your name in BE Blob Vector Size 150 Stroke 0 Colour #f3ebe3
If you use the font supplied, change Kerning to 75
Objects - Align - Center in canvas
Convert to Raster
Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat
Modify - Expand by 3 & flood with same colour (#f3ebe3)
Select None
Type out name again, same settings but change stroke width to 2
Foreground #f70000 & Background null Line Style - Small Dash (or your choice)
Objects - Align - Center in canvas
Back on your first text layer add a texture of choice
I used Filters Unlimited 2 - Paper Textures - Canvas, Fine
Add a new layer & add same patches with the picture tube tool
See my tag for reference
X out white background & Merge Visible
un X background & add this inner bevel to name
Add the following drop shadow:
H & V = 5 Opacity = 50 Blur = 10 Black
Copy & Paste as many pins as you like
When happy Merge the pin layers together
Add same drop shadow
Add a new layer above white background
Flood with same red colour from earlier
Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
Merge Group & Lower Opacity to 20-30
Add however many of the word art you want
Merge the word art layers & lower opacity 30-50
X out white backgroud & crop Merged Opaque
Un x background & Save
colours given are for my example, feel free to colorise supplies & choose your own colours
